Sigh....

Look at that face....

Could you have left him all alone at the antique store?  I didn't think so.  Neither could I!

(When I showed him to my husband he said he looked just like one of our best friends and he's right!  How fun, I have a friend who looks like an elf!)

No sewing or crafting going on.  I have been busy doing some pre-holiday cleaning, especially the craft room.  Right after Halloween, I will begin the Christmas decorating and I want everything spic-n-span before I start!

I am heading to an estate sale tomorrow that advertised vintage Christmas!  Hopefully no one bought it all today.  I could get away from work long enough to go!

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Linda

Wow, you decorate early. I am striving for having the house decorted at Thanksgiving this year instead of waiting til afterwards.
Love your little elf.

I'm with you. I will start decorating the day after Halloween...I am so ready to do Christmas. I don't decorate for Thanksgiving...I like my house to be ready for my family and the grandkids from Idaho. It's the only chance they have to see it done up for Christmas. =D

My sister collects elves and I'm always on the look-out for special ones. I hope your estate sale is filled with LOTS of vintage Christmas. Take lots of pics.

What a cute pixie!!! I would have picked him up too!! We decorate the weekend of Thanksgiving, it's when almost all the kids are home and we all go cut down our tree! I should be cleaning my craft room...what a mess!!

Happy weekend!!

Cute "ELF"! They make me smile.
Love your shadow boxes! I made one like "E"'s and it was harder than I thought it would be to make!
After you get your craft room all cleaned up, come on over and you can help me!

My sister has a whole basket full of those cute little elves! I'm trying to get things cleaned up too, but I still have until mid November to accomplish what I need to do. So, just a few things each week and I'll get it all done.
