Naked No More!

Little Miss Priss has a brand new dress and Pinafore!  And a shiny new ribbon for her head.  I noticed she had two little holes in the top on her head so I think she may have been a carnival doll.  The kind that came on a stick!

Miss Tammy sent me one of her delightful friendship banners so I made one to send to her.  It was so much fun selecting papers and embelishments to remind Tammy of my blog.
Red and Aqua!  Love those colors!  Rick Rack and old patterns...

I think we all love those vintage valentines... How would we ever craft without them??

The back of my bannner, my avatar.... always the majorette!
Miss Tammy, it's in the mail today!

Today I had my appointment with the neurologist.  He thinks there may be a problem with the top of my spine and shoulder area that is causing my migraines and is making me an appointment with a physical therapist.  He also  gave me prescriptions for some heavy hitter injections to give myself should I have another migraine that I can't control with the Imitrex and Tramadol.  I will continue with the Topamax and see him again in 4 weeks.  At least it looks like we are at the start of getting these under control.

Hope everyone has a fantastic day!

Linda

Okay...now I am smitten with the patterns on your banner. So cute. Now from one migraine sufferer to another isn't it the worst? I take topomax too. Maxalt is my relief if I catch it. I can add Aleeve if my stomach is full. 16 years of living with them can take a toll. Smiles...Renee

The banner is so ncute, Linda. I love the way you dressed the little doll-I would have never thought of that. At least it sounds like progress on the migraines.Hopefully the PT will be able to help. Thanks for your sweet comments about my craftroom!

I'm sorry you have migranes. Maxalt has become my best friend. My migranes tend to be related to my cycle. I pray that my Emma doesn't have this same issue some day. Your doll is very sweet in her new dress. Best wishes with your upcoming doctor appt.

Linda - I need your postal address. Emma drew your name for my vintage give-away last Thursday. I haven't heard from you and your treasures are just waiting to find their way to your home. Hugs.

Linda, Your banner truly speaks of you. It's just wonderful! I love that you put the majorette we all associate with you on the back. PS Congratulations on the Giveaway win. It couldn't go to a nicer person! Elizabeth

Linda,
Thank you so much for visiting and leaving the nice comment on my blog. I am so excited. I'm happy that you won some ribbons, but sad the fair doesn't happen any more by you. Maybe you can find one that isn't too far away???
Love your banner, and the dolly looks so cute!
I'm sorry it took so long to write you, but mom had another fall and we have been with her pretty much every day, all day, since then. She's at the nursing home now, so I am trying to catch up on stuff, but she is confused and we don't like leaving her alone for long. She thinks she can just get up and leave . . . and actually can't even walk so it is scary. Have a wonderful rest of the week and weekend!!!!
Hugs,
Julie
