Auction Haul-Part II- Pixies and Elves

Good Tuesday morning!  It's a beautiful day in SW Virginia, mostly blue skies with a slight chance of rain.  I hope it does rain, it will save me from watering the garden tonight!

So... I tackled the vintage Christmas boxes last night that I bought at the auction.  This is my elf/pixie finds.
Isn't this a sight for sore eyes!
This is how these pine cones were laying in the box when I spotted it.
This is what they are on the front!  I can so excited to see these little knee huggers inside the pine cones.  Look at those faces!
I saw the red striped knee hugger in one of the boxes and knew I had to have him.  When I was going through the boxes I found his green striped brother in the other box.  How cute are they!
These sweet fellows might be Holt Howard, not sure yet I still have to look them up, but aren't they adorable?
Look at they little green fellows mischievous grin!  He has a bee on this hand.  The red guy is a cutie too.
Ok she's not a elf or pixie but she is adorable and Christmas!  I bought a box of cream pitchers to get her!  She is marked 1954 on the bottom.
This is a pixie planter, so it's not Christmas, but I really like him even though he looks a little freakish with those weird eyebrows.
And these are neither pixies or Christmas, but they were inside the pixie planter.  That frog is just adorable and who doesn't like a red shoe.  The mallard will be relegated to my craft supplies.  I'll find some way to use him.

This is just the tip of the vintage Christmas iceberg that I bought this weekend.  More digging to do!

Have a great day!

Blessings

Linda

What fun! I collect the little pixies and they are getting harder and harder to find. I mentioned it on another blog this morning! How funny! A pixie kind of day! haha! Have fun!

You know I'm a sucker for vintage Christmas and pixies. Those pinecone mini elves are smallest style kneehuggers I've ever seen. Good for you on rescuing all those cuties!

Lots of fun Bo! I need to see the cream pitchers! I collect the small white stoneware ones, it's like obsessive compulsive, I see one and say, I don't have that shape! We microwave syrup in them for pancake nite with the grandkids!
