Auction Sale Finds-Bowls and Plates

Good Friday morning!  It is a gorgeous day in SW Virginia.  It supposed to be in the upper 80"s! Whoot Whoot!

As promised here are some more of the great stuff I got at the auction last weekend.  This edition is bowls and plates.
Bowls!  And lots of them!
looks like tossed salad bowl to me.

This one begs to hold a fruit salad

Perhaps macaroni salad for this one

This one needs lots of fresh fruit

This chintz bowl should have pickles in it.

This bowl wants popcorn

A covered vegetable dish.  I love the blue

Oh my heavens!  This one is my favorite.  I can already smell the spinach artichoke dip that I would put in this one.

This little on needs mints.

So did this post "bowl" you over!  Ha Ha!  I missed my calling I know.  I should have been a comedian!

A lovely "cross stitch" plate

Love this Williamsburg plate

Blue and white is perfect for my kitchen.

Love this Currier and Ives scene.
So sad, her name is on the back.  Mrs.Nichols I love your plate and will take great care of it.

So I guess this isn't a plate and I'm not sure of it's purpose, but I like it.

Headed to Lynchburg today for graduation stuff with Yngwie!

Have a great Friday!

Blessings
Linda

Congrats to Yngwie! What an amazing number of beautiful treasures you took home. Love your adding uses for the bowls, I could picture them all filled with good food. That last dish might be a lemon server, or is it too large for that?

LOL! yup you're a real card. :)
